It is a Grammercy model in the  Strathmore subdivision of Buffalo Grove.  Located across from a park and near the school, it has a remodeled kitchen, remodeled baths, and hardwood floors.  We found it funny that the listing agent highlighted that it had a “Roof!”    Maybe they meant new or “newer” roof  (newer in their language can sometime mean sometime in the past 20 years…)
